You need: a genuine caring attitude, own car & licence, commitment to study & flexibility for shift work. You need to be reliable, punctual, hard-working, have plenty of common sense & a willingness to provide personal care in meeting the daily needs of the residents, which includes: lifting, bathing and general care.
No prior qualifications required. Those with qualifications of Certificate III or above (including university graduates) need not apply. To undertake this traineeship you must be either a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
Residing locally to the job would be an advantage. Only suitable applicants will be contacted. Trainees are paid under the National Training Wage Award. Hours of work will vary on a 7 day roster.
